Jesus! Friend of Children

The ministry serves as the base for a better spiritual foundation. It is a dynamic ministry that serves children from 3 months old to 12 years.

We delight in providing our children with a true experience with God, which is accomplished through sound biblically teaching. This includes lessons on Salvation, Worship and Obedience. It supports such training with games, quizzes, songs, scripture exams and Sword Drills.

It is a fun environment and a teaching staff that loves what they do. It is imperative to us that, children leave our services understanding how special they are to God and that they belong to Him.

The ministry achieves this by collaborating with parents, ensuring teachers are matured Christians who undergo periodic training and collaborating with Church leadership and other resource persons in the training of children.

It’s our mission to teach, disciple and counsel the children in the foundational knowledge of Christ Jesus, faith and the tenants of the Church of Pentecost.

National Children’s Week Annual Children Evangelism Vacation Bible School

This is a national programme where children are allowed to take the platform to minister the whole week in different capacities while we celebrate our Founder, Aps. James Mckeown

We believe that Evangelism can also be done through giving which this programme seeks to achieve. Our children are encouraged to practice the virtue of giving as they individually prepare and package gifts such as, clothing, shoes, stationery etc, which we gather and present to another children ministry in the under developed areas in Kasoa. We also use this means to share the word of God and have service with them.

After a period of children spending time at school with academic work we believe they also need to spend some few days to also engage scripture in an intensive way and coupled with games and other activities to make the scriptures come to live. In these sessions we will also foster teacher child relationship and holistic impact on the children.
